85C Bakery Cafe opened its first central valley store in the Sacramento market this summer.

The trade area was not initially planned for expansion but at CCP’s recommendation,

the client reviewed information provided by CCP and approved the territory for mapping.

With CCP’s market knowledge a location was quickly identified and secured which has performed significantly above the client’s projections. Sacramento marks the fifth major new market opening for the Taiwanese mega-brand.
